Frankie, away from home on Naval Reserve duty in Tahiti, calls upon Bwana, a witch doctor, to keep his girl friend Dee Dee away from male competition. Bwana sends a pelican to watch over Dee Dee, but when handsome girl-chaser Ricky starts to court Dee Dee, Bwana decides to use more powerful magic. He sends a mysterious charmer, Cassandra, to distract Ricky.
